Biography
While still in training at the Copenhagen International School of Performing Arts, she landed her first on-screen role in the Netflix series Entrapped, followed shortly by her first feature film role. She graduated in 2021.
Since graduating, Heiðdís has worked across stage and screen, performing at the City Theatre and Tjarnarbíó alongside roles in television, film, and short-form projects.
In 2026, she appears in the upcoming drama series Avalanche as well as Ása in the film Polyorama.
