Ahd Tamimi

You can find Ahd playing Nadim in Stella Blómkvist and is currently shooting Northern Comfort

Ahd is born in Palestine and raised in Iceland, but trained as an actor in Scotland. He speaks Icelandic, English, Swedish and Arabic and is an exceptionally physical actor. Graduated with a BA degree in acting from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2014 and has been working in theater, Television and films since then.


Ahd´s Theatre highlights include Tybalt in “Romeo and Juliet”, Dave in the UK premiere of the Quebecois award winning play “Cut Throat” and Ernst in in the first professional icelandic production of “Spring Awakening”


Screen highlights include “STELLA BLÓMKVIST”, “FOUNDATION”, “COME TO HARM” “THIN ICE” and “SHADOWTOWN”  to name a few.  


Training includes the BA Acting course at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Leqoc Movement workshop by Paula Rizza, Psychological Mask with John Kazek, The Four Qualities of the Voice With Nadine George from the Voice studio international. Craft Development and the Human in Movement with Eva Magyar to name a few.

 Special skills

Ahd is a skilled sword fighter, predominantly the 10th century viking style, and proficient archer. He is also fluent in various accents of English and speaks Icelandic fluently.
