Ágúst Wigum is an Icelandic/Norwegian actor, based in Iceland.
Ágúst had the lead role in the award winning short film Whale Valley (2013), and received an Edda nomination for his portrayal, as well as winning awards at the Brooklyn Film Festival, Festival Joven de Cortometrajes in Spain and Nonèmaitroppo Corto in Argentina.
Since he was young, Ágúst has taken part in various plays in the National Theatre of Iceland and the Reykjavik City Theatre.
His most recent screen roles are in Fractures (2022), Black Sands (2021) and Sisterhood (2021).
